DreamBuilt, LLC is a design and construction company founded in 1999 that specializes in high-end residential and light commercial projects. We offer a total development package beginning with design services through owner occupancy.

Dreambuilt is made up of four partners, Jim and Paige Ruhl and Derek and Ann Welch. After meeting at Georgia Tech where Jim, Derek and Ann received degrees in Building Construction and Paige her Masters in Architecture, each worked in diverse areas of the industry. Jim acquired his MBA at Emory before gaining experience in commercial construction. Paige spent seven years in corporate real estate development with Delta Air Lines. Derek and Ann teamed as custom builders operating San/Dall Custom Homes, Inc., a 23 year old custom home business specializing in the high end residential market in Atlanta.

Our company goals are simple: to build quality projects, provide exceptional customer service, offer fair and competitive pricing and ensure that our reputation with our clients, subcontractors and suppliers is our best advertising tool.
